This is one hell of a way to get your country into the EU...

Thank goodness the rest of turkey does not support your views. What would your country do without all the western tourists that keep your poor economy going. What would it do without all the western money sent in aid.

Do not look a gift horse in the mouth... most of the world is rejoicing that a mass murderer has been removed, that millions of Iraqis no longer have to live with his tyranny.

Do not presume that you are so important that you can talk for your entire country. Get a life, get a job, and get psychiatric help for your mental disability.

To the world he may have been just 1 man, a very powerful, ruthless dictator but a man nonetheless.
To one man, like yourself, he may have been the whole world.
I understand your grief over the loss of your idol and/or leader, but many in this forum do not, and they have the right to voice their objection as much as you have the right to express your sorrow. I only hope you can find peace in knowing that there are many others in the world just like him, itching to take his place given the chance.
I do not condone Hussein's lack of conscience, which rivalled Hitler's or Stalin's or Bush's interests, but I also think it deplorable that he be publicly executed as if he were worse than garbage. He was still human, just like you and me, and Hitler, Stalin and Bush.
Same applies to the concept of imprisonment for life without a hope of parole, or the torturing of POWs in concentration camps, or the millions dying of malnutrition and dehydration in Africa, etc, etc. Things must change soon, if we as a species want to continue to exist. We must learn to cooperate and love unconditionally, to share and appreciate what is, to imagine and create new and exciting things together, to see what could be and ask "Why not?", and we must learn NOW. Not tommorow, not by 2050, not "I'll get around to it some day", NOW.

Or it could be you hanging from a rope next time ...

My guess is that the Kurds in Turkey do not feel that way. My guess is that the majority of the people in Turkey don't feel that. In fact I am sure that only the people that want to keep the killing going on in Iraq are the only ones that are fed by this. The Butcher of Baghdad is dead after killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people. get over it.

Turkey, like the US, is not a single entity. It is made up of millions of people with differing opinions. Some resent Saddam's death, others welcome it, others don't care. You are only one of those people.
