I am a labor & delivery nurse in the U S AND I CANT EVEN FIND the term abdamant except in regards to the abdomen in general. Did your wife have a ruptured ectopic pregnancy? ( A pregnancy outside of the uterus?) Or an apendix? Best Of Luck & let me know I would like to help!!

Sorry but I don't know what "abdamant" means!
Medically exists no disease or dysfunction called "ruptured abdamant"! So now I only can tell you women become barren when their sexual intern organs (uterus, ovary, etc.) are lacking or don't working properly! Usually such dysfunctions and diseases come with the birth (genetical) or after some grave illnesses. Any other (invented) cause is untrue!
