1) and 4) I believe this as much as I believe his claim that he's only had one plastic surgery. People with this disease get it in patches. Michael must have a very, very rare form in that it's incredibly uniform on him. Hmm. I heard that NASA said the spaceship is coming soon to take him and Joan Rivers (who is actually his mother in a bad blond wig) home.

The skin disease is called vitiligo. To some it is visually devastating to see those white splotches on their skin. I can only imagine the difference in contrast on a darker complexion. I am inclined to believe someone when they state their medical conditions.
