Pre-op transexuals. So they look like women, but still have their male wedding tackle (so I am told - lol).

"Shemales" are pre-operative Transsexuals who are "tagged" as shemales in the porn industry. Outside the porn industry the term Shemale is not used. Transsexual is the term which is used in main stream society to describe the same type of person, however, that person may, or may not, be invoved in the making of porn. Transsexuals are everywhere.
Oh, and "they" are human beings (people), just like you and I.
