Like prettygirl said, it could be your Internet connection, especially if you are using dial-up or a slow or saturated wireless connection. (Do you share a connection with other people, as in a home network? Maybe another family member is hogging the bandwidth.)

Other possible causes: What else is your PC doing at the time? Maybe you don't have enough memory or a fast enough processor for everything you are doing. Check Task Manager to see where your CPU is being used. Try closing some applications.

If your PC has not been resarted for awhile, try that. You might have a memory leak. The restart will make all of your memory available again.

Delete your Temporary Internet Files. This might help, and it is easy to do in IE.

If the above doesn't work and if the problem happens often, you can try reinstalling both WMP and YMJ.

Good luck!
