Unfortunately, you will have to wait till after your baby is born to lose weight.
Here is a link to the Baby Fit program: http://babyfit.sparkpeople.com/default.asp
It is a free program that tells you how much weight you need to gain, based on your BMI, and how to track your caloric intake so that you gain no more than the correct amount of weight. It also demonstrates pregnancy exercises.
After you have given birth (and finished nursing, if you're planning on doing that), try http://sparkpeople.com
It is a related program for the non-pregnant (also free), and it will help you lose weight and maintain your weight loss.
I used it before getting pregnant, and lost over 20 lbs, so I've got to say I am a believer.
Good luck!

I don't know how much weight is 3 1/2 is but if it is a lot I think you can diet if you are careful. Be careful to eat plenty of protein plus all the good foods but limit your portions, even better do what they call grazing, eat five or six times a day but keep tabs on the calories. If you are able to exercise the best is walking and swimming. Swimming or just work out in deep water because it takes the strain off of your joints and only uses your muscles.

Are you doing any exersises( safe for pregnancy)? Also eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and whole grain meals will help. Eat foods as close to the natural state as possible. Avoid anything artificial, preservatives, white sugar and white flour. Then after the baby is here breastfeed ,that alone will help you loose weight. You can check out the La Leche League website about breastfeeding. Its best to find out about it as much as possible before you have the baby. Breastfeeding also helps your baby with not getting overweight.

No, it's too late. You just have to eat healthy from this point on and exercise if you can.
I heard it is very easy for many women to lose weight while they are breastfeeding, so plan to breastfeed.

Don't do anything too rigorous or strenuous. Walking is good. You could also do some good stretching exercises like yoga. You only have 6 months to go anyway then workout hard! Congratulations on the baby.

keep eating healthy and take walks or walk on a treadmill since its winter. talk to your doctor about a safe work-out to keep in shape during pregnancy...I wouldn't worry about losing weight just staying healthy during your pregnancy.
