not really unless they are microscopic in size. Ther eis essentially a mile or two of production line in there and even if half of it shut down or you weren;t possessed fo a full facility, there is still so much left you will always produce way more sperm than you need.
Fact is a normal healthy guy will produce enough spewrm to impregnate a women every thirty minutes. For most guys that means their penis would give out way before their sperm supply.

Definitely not. You can have the biggest testicles around and have a zero sperm count.

Chimps have the smallest balls of all the primates yet the produce three times the semen and sperm as the next highest primate. And no your balls don't shrink after sex either.
