You're joking right...They definitely are not. Plus one is a Great and Talented Musician ie Paul...the other is complete garbage Jesse McCartney. They shouldn't be even compared to each other.

As far as I am aware Paul has only got one brother (Michael) and
he used to be the lead singer for a group called Scaffold in the
60's his brother sang under the alias of Mike Mcgear.
