Try someone from England. A higher percentage of them can speak and write english.

If you really want to practice your English get a British pen pal/ friend. Americans speak another language altogether.

I agreen with vic I have a british friend and we have trouble understanding each other at times. So if you want correct english then look for a british penpal.
