I suppose you are refering to the best strike rate.
The best strike rate is 107.60 by Shahid Afridi. Presently he is not in great form and is also not a permanent member of Pakistan team.
Currently two players are doing very good:
Dhoni strike rate of 98.30,
Adam Gilchrist - strike rate of 96.32

The highest team total in a ODI match was scored by Sri Lanka against Netherlands on 04.07.2006. Sri Lanka scored 443 runs in that match.
