Yes it is normal it is your uterus expanding. Although if you start to bleed then go to the doctor I would go to the doctor and get an ultrasound anyway just to be safe but I am on my 4th pregnancy 2 of them were miscarriages and for all of them I got cramps when my uterus was expanding with my 2 miscarriages I got a constant period pain feeling then a loss of blood.

Go to the doc though cause the 1st 13 weeks is the most crucial in pregnancy

I've experienced cramping & period like pain very early on in all of my pregnancies & they have all been normal. If you experience spotting, bleeding or pain that is really bothering you then you need to be assessed by a doctor. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Yes, as long as it's not severe. Not to freak you out but, if you start to have severe cramping/abdominal pain you should go to the ER immediately. It could be an ectopic pregnancy. If this is the case the pain could be caused by your fallopian tube rupturing and you could bleed to death internally. I had one and at 6 weeks my fallopian tube ruptured but, I know people that have been farther along than that when it happened. If this is what's happening you'll most likely figure out that something is wrong. I'd never been pregnant before and knew that something wasn't right.

Cramping is bieng nice. Make sure you take tub baths and babyoil right after your bath because its going to stretch out your whole rib cage. make sure your skin is prepared for whats going to happen before it happens. A soft cocoa butter is best for skin. as far as the rest, its just really painful.

Some crampy feelings are perfectly normal as the uterus start to expand. However, if they get really painful and/or if you have any spotting, call your doctor right away.
