Your theory has two main problems:
1) The wrong assumption that the media (the Jewish media?) quashes hot items for political and political-correctness matters.
2) The wrong assumption that Hitler was Jewish
1) The media, whether the Jewish lobby controls it or not (much less than you attribute), cannot hide "facts" and probably won't if these "facts" will sell papers. You err to think that the "media" is an amorphous creature with the Star of David on his head; the "media" is thousands of news- papers publishers, news companies, reporters and journalists. They do not sit in a small bunker in Zion and decide what to cover next. If Hitler was indeed Jewish and this story had just a bit of a truth in it, I assure you that no one would miss the chance to celebrate it in every paper (the sad truth is that some do, despite of the simple fact that Hitler was not Jewish).
2) Adolf Hitler most probably did not have any Jewish ancestors. Any simple search in google will give you plenty of material about it.

I've read Hitler's writings. As far as I know, he never made such a claim.
(There is more evidence that he had only one testical than that he had a Jewish grandmother. I'm not surprised that the media doesn't pay any attention, Jewish or not.)
