What is important to get pregnant is that the sperm cell reaches an ovum and penetrates it successfully. For that one sperm cell to succeed the chances are low, so millions of sperm cells are produced, and the ova are large enough to attract these cells.
By "climax" if you mean orgasm, not all women experience orgasm. Experiencing orgasm has nothing to do with getting pregnant.
By "climax" if you mean ejaculation, then its fundamental for getting pregnant.

Not at all. A girl can get pregnant and deliver children without experiencing climax all through her fertile life. To get pregnant a girl need just fertile sperms during those three days of her menstrual cycle. Climax is to enjoy the sex.

I was confused about your question. But, since I read the other answers, it makes sense. Okay, it's not extremely important for the woman to climax to get pregnant, but it can help. When a woman climaxes, it causes her uterus and cervix to contractand release. When this happens, it causes the cervix to sort of dip itself into the sperm that is inside the vagina. I don't know if this makes sense to you, but it does help the woman become pregnant.
