If the message is in your Sent folder then your account has been hacked. Use a better password with letters and numbers. If it does not then the message was sent with the From field was changed to LOOK as though it came from your account. Nothing you can do about it.

to get back ur password click on the forgot ur password link and then fill the following details like whats ur pets name ur mail it etc
