Honey, miscarriages are generally caused by either chromosomial abnormalities in the fetus or by structural abnormalities in the mother. Very rarely, it can be caused by external trauma (i.e. car accident, a kick to the belly, or something else that would be considered high impact to your abdominal area). Sex is not going to affect either of these things.
Unless you have a medical condition which states that you can't, many doctors will encourage sex throughout pregnancy right up until your water breaks (don't do it after then for risk of infection).
Relax. Sex is fun, will allow you to quit stressing, and will NOT cause you to miscarry.

I have had 2 miscarriages and the doctor told me that no one knows early on how a miscarriage occurs, they say that if you are going to have a miscarriage it will happen although my doctor said if sex is hurting me or I felt uncomfortable while having it then to stop because there is a possibility that it can contribute.
That doesn't mean you stop altogether, one day it may hurt so stop then the next day it might feel okay and then you keep going it is always good to take precautions cause you really never know...

Hi there - don't panic. You wouldn't have a miscarriage by having intercourse unless it was violent and you were hurt! It is quite normal for women to continue to enjoy sex throughout their pregnancy. The growing embryo in your abdomen is safe inside you and there is no way that a having a sex can cause any issue. A man's penis can't get in through your cervix to affect that. Relax and enjoy your body and the attention you will get from all...

unless you have a history of recurrent miscarriage, or incompetent cervix, ( you will be aware of this if you have had good care by doctors up til now)
Relax and do what feels right.
You have the right to say "no thanks" if for ANY REASON you are uncomfortable.
Best to have a full medical if suspect anything wrong, and get the official go - ahead.

Pretty slim. Sex does not cause miscarriages. I'm 10 weeks and I've been having sex with my man continuously and I'm doing fine.
P.S... sex is better when you're pregnant too. So, enjoy!

If you were to have a miscarriage, sex would have absolutely NOTHING to do with it. Sex is totally safe during pregnancy unless told otherwise by your doctor...but in most cases sex wont negatively effect your pregnancy.

none, having sex doesn't initiate a miscarriage. As long as you have no other conditions the dr. has warned you about, you can have sex right up til delivery.

I don' think there is a big risk... I'm not a doctor or anything. And if it really bugs you; your doc is always there. :)
