Simply avoiding things that cause unhappiness does nothing to remove those thoughts &/or circumstances for all. I could never be happy knowing that others were suffering, even if I could always be successful at avoiding it for myself & my loved ones. That's why I was So Happy to learn that All Causes of unhappiness are due for removal, to be replaced by a Very Happifying environment ...

I sought the truth of happiness and this is what I found. Happiness is not a destination, but the condition of heart and mind in which we journey. We 'stir up' our hearts and minds to look for the impure and unclean in order to rid ourselves of them. Having done this, we continue happily on our journey.
