"An Introduction to the Theory of Numbers" is the book by Hardy and Wright, but there are other books you should also look at, a couple of my other favorites are "Prime Obsession" by John Derbyshire and "Prime Numbers: A Computational Perspective" by Richard Crandall and Carl Pomerance

The best book I've seen without a doubt is "An Introduction to the Theory of Numbers" by Niven, Zuckerman, and Montgomery. You will not regret buying this book. The Hardy and Wright book is a good also, but I prefer this one.

Hardy and Wright is the all-time classic, but there are really good reviews right now on Amazon for a newer and less demanding book "Elementary Number Theory" by Jones and Jones.
