What exactly are all the jobs that a personal assistant has to do if they work fro someone in the....fashion industry?

I tried to find some info on this question but could not find what the requirements are for the job, but it sounds to me like it would be someone who worked with the fashion person , and was more or less their right hand man, a go-er with experience in the filed of fashion, maybe with some educational knowledge in the fashion field, and more than likely computer skills, about all the work force now days is very depended on the Internet for many facets of their business.
