Just swim.
I used to play water polo and as "hell week" we went to UC Santa Barbara, and every morning we had to wake up at 6am and run down to the beach, then swim about a mile in the ocean. That water was sooo freakin cold, that no matter how fast or long you swam, you never got an ounce of warmth. It felt like needles pricking me all over. But, I didn't die. So, you can do it =]
When you jump in, just think of me... I couldn't get out of the ocean even if I wanted to =]

I've had water polo and swim practices at 5am when the sun isn't out yet and it's cold as heck, but if you want to go swimming, I would just jump right into the deep end of the pool. Do a couple of laps to get used to the cold and warm up a little....when you're done, take a hot shower....it feels so good and it's so fun! :)

sixty 8 stages is too chilly except you have not the different suggestions. something below 70 will probable make you gasp! seventy 8 stages remains chilly except you're operating complicated and really keep shifting. something over 80 2 will commence to experience warmth in case you swim complicated for an prolonged era. a lot of lap swimmers are comfortable with 80 5, in the journey that they are basically cruising. locate an indoor pool. you'd be happy you probably did.

Just do it, go swimming. If its really to cold, you'll know. Your own body will tell you when to get out. Be sure you can take a hot shower afterwards to compensate for lost body heat.
