What would be the center of the line having "+1" at one end & the same "+1" at the other end?If tthe center is same "+1" then is this a point or a line?

It is a line connecting the points +1 and +1 and passing through the point +1.

It has to be a point!!
Since "the line" originates from a certain point and terminates at the same point then its surely a point.

U can call it a "point line" too.
This is analogous to the concept of "point circle" which is a circle with zero radius.

for this you first have to explain what you mean with +1 at both ends.
