How can I get a job being a profesional video game tester in the Chicago land area?

I doubt you can.
Reason is because it seems like they dont test there games any more. Iv found more and more buggs and errors each year.
And if they ever need a testers for games they simply have to put up a sign and people will volunteer to test it for free.
Tho that would be the best job in the world. They would get better results if they have an expert game tester instead of some random noob playing.

You can really get paid testing new video games. Game companies can send you in development video games, gaming consoles and products for you to test and return. In return for your opinion, they send you payment. The hardest part is locating the legitimate businesses.
