I think it's when you sleep with random people while in a relationship or have another relationship going on, on the side.

Adultry is having sex without the marriage contract and having sex with anyone except the person you are married too. Infidelity , is same adultry or cheating, as some call it.

You looking for parameters are you? Ain't any. Why? Because it's up to the individual. Basically, if your partner/gf or bf/wife or husband does something with someone else that you're not happy with and they had a reasonable knowledge you wouldn't be happy, then that's the crux of it. Just an example, say your partner decided to go on a Carribean cruise with a person of the opposite sex and even though you were given assurances it was purely platonic, how would you feel?

In Human life: The lady or the man who is not sincere to the accepted marriage terms & conditions.
In the grocery: Mixing lower quality product with a known brand and sell the material at the prescribed retail price...
Infidel: Could be the son/daughter of a prostitute
Religiously unacceptable character
Not accepting other faiths than the one, one is following
Always causes a sort of tension with certain unacceptable
conversation, dilogues etc.

Adultery is when you are married and you decide to seek comfort somewhere else.There are many out there that have done the deed and they feel alot of remorse. I know that I felt remorse after the fact. Well ,sometimes I feel that I need someone to really love me.

adultery is giving of your heart or body to someone other than your spouse with out your spouses approval. those with an open marriage where both parties are shared with other couples or something of the sort wouldn't be adultery ....because it doesn't interfere with the relationship itself. but any relationship that jeopardizes the union of marriage would be considered infidelity to me.

I committed emotional adultery as I rejected and pushed my husband away as a fear of opening myself to him and getting hurt. Adultery is a broad term. I personally think those who committ the true adultery are sinners and have no respect for themselves or their spouses.
