I know one of mine is stop procrastinating, which is why I'm on here rather than getting on with the rest of my day....

My New Year's resolution was to quit drinking soda, but I've already broke that one...couldn't resist this morning. Oh, I was so thirsty. It was as if I was treking across the Sahara, and I thought I was looking at mirages too. I thought I saw my sister reading a magazine at my kitchen table, but then I realized that I had forgotten that my sister was on holiday to visit me here... I finished off my soda anyhow.

So, then I made a new resolution; my new New Year's resolution was to call my sisters by their real names and not get them mixed up (they're twins). One came to Canada to visit me for the holidays as I said, and she's still here, but I haven't quite figured out which one is here yet. I called her by both names already today because that means I've called her the proper name at least once...but that also means that I've already called her by her wrong name.

Then I made a new new New Year's resolution. It was to learn how to cook. It's working so far, but I haven't had to cook anything yet because I wasn't hungry enough for breakfast after I had my soda, and it's not quite lunch time yet. I hope that making a peanut butter sandwich will be acceptable as cooking because I don't want to make a new new new New Year's resolution. It's too many "news."

I've given up on New Year's resolutions.

But if I were going to make them, it'd be to exercise more (isn't that everyone's?), write every day, and reach Level 7 on Yahoo! Answers before the next year rolls around!

People make them, but never stick to them. I stuck to my New Years Resolution last year by losing 48lbs in weight. I am again this year by losing another 42lbs in weight and then I will be at my goal weight.
