Try taking Ranitidine along with NSAID. It is advisable to shed a few kilos for those who are a little over weight. If Ranitidine doesn't work, ask your doctor for PPI. And yes, this is the right time to control your Arthritis as you mentioned that it is a minor arthritic pain. Cheers.

While I didn't believe it would help with my OA, the BioMagnet from England has helped a little. I won't say it is perfect, but it has improved my mobility and decreased the amount of pain I have had.
Along with that I diet is a big influence. Avoid meat and dairy products. Originally I only avoided beef and pork, but poultry is advisable to avoid as well. Fish is ok though.
Peppers tend to be good to include in your diet because the chemical in them that makes them hot also reduces inflamation. Ginger I have found also to be helpful.

I was diagnosied with arthritis at 23. The only one on both sides of the family, but I used the copper 7 IUD. and did not suffer from it. I just had it removed recently so Im not sure whats going to happen with the weather changes this year.I remember how painful it was without the copper before, so Im worried. Maybe I will go to a civilian MD to have it replaced later.

All I can say is, it works. Because it is liquid, it is absorbed immediately since it doesn't need to be broken down. My first dose, I noticed pain relief within 2 hours.
Thanx for reminding me. I haven't had mine for today, yet.
It also combines chondroiton, msm & aloe vera in it's formula.

I had a lumbar laminectomy over 20 years ago. If I lay too long on my back, I have severe back pain. Pain in my thumbs and shoulder pain.

The Gelatin capsules seem to help with long term benefit, plus beautiful finger nails. I take Advil to help with pain also.

If it is Rheumatism there is no medicine in the world. Only our institute treats it with our research.
If it is OA then you can go for knee replacement. If it is not possible then weight loss by water or juice/salad fast will help.
In RA warm and fresh foods are prefered. Avoid sour taste foods, bakery products, potato, horse gram, cucumber. Male meats, bone soup, pure ghee, heating pads, steam bath, acupuncture will help.
