A lot of the time
it is a mistake TO speak when we're angry !!
Almost anything that comes out of us at that time has a tendency to be confrontational and harsh !!
Now, don't get me wrong here-- there ARE those times that it is the only thing to do---speak our minds --even when we ARE angry -- the art comes in knowing when that time is right and when to keep one's mouth shut !!!

Hello, and perhaps your parents can help you with this question/problem.
Take your writing, for example: "Do YOU know how not to make mistakes?" This is your question - it contains a mistake.
"Mistakes when YOU speak, ESPECIALLY when YOU are angry."
There are three more mistakes here.
We all make mistakes (yes, I do too) when speaking and writing.
Yes, you do have to think before you speak, and listen to what you have said after. Try saying less when you are angry. I hope this helps you.

Before you speak a sentence, spend the time anticipating what response your sentence will elicit.

Speaking in a conversation can be viewed as playing a game of checkers, chess or any other board game.

You want to anticipate the other person's next move in these games and the same applies to conversations.

Many comments are very simple and the other person's responses can be considered quickly, but in the art of delicate negotiation, every sentence needs to be measured for no mistakes.

Remember this rule of life, "No one learns anything while speaking. You only learn new things while listening (and reading)."

Make the attempt to cut your answers to no more than four sentences when you talk. You are less likely to hang yourself.

it depends on what words ur speaking to the person ur angry at & in what case u have to say it. coz sometimes, harsh words could make a lesson to the person ur speaking w/. in return, it is not a mistake, rather, he/she learn his/her mistakes.
