right click on it..then click empty recycle bin..if it doesnt work then maybe it's the computer..you should try restarting

Right click the icon and then click on empty recycle bin. if it does not work then open Windows explorer. for to desktop. then select recycle bin, right click after selecting recycle bin and select empty recycle bin./ shred the recycle bin option, then confirm it by clicking ok.

right click and empty. Or do you mean that even after you empty it it keeps looking as if there is something in it. Then if you are using XP maybe you should purge the NT protect doucments. It's right next to empty recycle bin in XP when you right click.

If there is any problem during empty recylebin use this
start - run- type- cleanmgr
select drive C/D/E
in list, select recycle bin files to empty.
if you still have problem then restart Pc n try it again.
