God I don't know why don't you grow a f*cking brain and stop staring at people changing their baby's diaper seriously if I had a kid and I had to change his or her diaper in public and some sicko like you was sitting there watching me change the diaper i would f*cking deck you and then I would stomp on your spine so that you become paralyzed and have to wear a diaper and be changed in public.

Some people have no modesty. Some people, less sense than others. We can`t all be the same. It would be a dull world. Common courtsey would be to change the baby in privacy not in public. Depending if you are on a bus in someone`s car traveling long distances with no stops. In places where bathrooms are available they should be used for that purpose. I haven`t a clue as to where you are seeing this done. Even mentally handicapped have children, some know no better. If a person has all their faculties and is doing this in a restaurant or somewhere on a street corner. I`d say it is pretty sad. However, we don`t know if they have a home to go to. No one wants a child to be in messy or wet diapers. However, there is a place and time for everything.

How old are you people, one day you will have a child and it will **** (poop) all over the place and you.......I hope none of you have a diaper or wipes. Then you will know what it is like to be a mom and need to change a diaper!!
God bless your future children who will never be changed in public....and the poor starving ones who will never be able to eat...because this generation of hoodlums do not want to witness the MOST natural acts in the world!

Well some people dont think. If you have kids changing them becomes almost like a reflex, sometimes you do it without thinking a lot. Still i agree with you that showing some discretion would be thoughtful. Sometimes thats not always possible but in general I think you can. I never change my nephew in public if I can at all help it.

If nasty diapers are left on too long they can cause rashes. Id rather someone change theyre kid in public then let them walk around smelly. Not everyone owns transportation.

I know, I know. It's obnoxious, isn't it? I understand that sometimes it HAS to be done, in the worst of circumstances, but seriously! Show some sense. It's like women who just breast feed all over the place in public.

Everyone has different circumstances.. and maybe they dont have a car and are not near a public toilet block.. regardless if you dont like it, turn the other way, it's that easy.

There are so many good answers here, I only know a little bit.
EDUCATION, lack of it makes people change nappies in public, spit in public, urinate in public view, throw rubbish on to public places.
EDUCATION will solve all these problems.
