I think Shirley Temple was ideal as a child and to relive her through the films always as an innocent child is ideal. There is no other like her, not yesterday or today,Shirley Temple Black became the Ambassador for all children when she matured and was always as pleasant. Maybe Drew Barrymore in ET, but then she grew up and became one of charlies girls and that took her off the list. ha ha
