Can a plane or coordinate system exist where a line consists "+1" at one end & same "+1" at the other end, like by the equation x=y^(0}?

y=x^0, and x=y^0 merely means domain x=1 always and yis an element of reals, coordinates (1, any number) . And it is because North and East are regarded as positive and their negative opposites being South and West respectively.
