A number of people are having this problem.

Depending on how techie you are the following site gives a whole lot of suggestions... read the latest post as it includes most of the others and there is a downloadable tool to resolve this in there. Read it all before trying any of these solutions tho.

I have had similar problems myself and they also started when I downloaded Explorer 7. I have also had other problems with Explorer 7 in re;ation to Microsoft XP and send failure reports to Microsoft when these happen. So far they have not come back with a fix. I think you will find this is just a teething problem and a fix will come out in the next update.

Probably not the answer you want, but DON'T USE EXPLORER!
Go to httpo://www.Mozilla.com and download firefox, which is a far better browser that Explorer. While you are there, ddownload Thunderbird, which is a better mail tool than Outlook.
Both pieces of software are FREE and both will download all your settings etc from the tools you currently use. They are also more secure that the Microsoft offerings by the way.

A bsod (blue screen of death) like this means an operating system error on the hard disk. IF you have the original start up disk, try reinstalling the operating system. If not, then just tell me the error code, and I'll tell you what the specific problem is and what to do.
