I have emo friends...there really good people, but do you think being EMO is stupid? none of them are cutters.

No I have a daughter who is one, they are fairly harmless some people just find appeal in things that are different and in general I have encouraged my children to follow what they want and accept the consequences of said actions such as people staring at her in the street and not being able to find employment easily. Having said that emo is not as severe as goth and tend considered less severe, the cutting element isn't for her and is usually a sign of peer pressure or mental illness rather a standard Emo to my knowledge or in regards to the Emo's I know.

being emo does not mean you cut actually most real emos are straight edge

I am definitively an Emo!
And why shouldn't we be good people?
You think being harsh and rude and brazen is better?

i do think "emo" is stupid..but if you think they're good people then who cares..chances are they'll grow out of it..

Well maybe they're really goths, because the difference between goths and emos is that goths dont cut themselves while emos do.
and yes i think being emo is kinda silly due to the self-harming and all
