Why don't you try a special lipgloss that pumps the volume of the lips?These special lipglosses have collagen and that is why they may cost little expensive (About 30$) but they really work.You can find them on sephora,they re not sephora's products.Thay come from an other brand (cant remember the name)

PUH LEASE GURL!!! you should embrace the fact that you have nice lips!! YOU HAVE FLIPPIN ANGALINA JOLIE LIPS!! her upper lip is way smaller than her lower lip! and look at her! she's one of the most beautifull people in the world, and beleive it or not, she didn't have plastic surgery!!! but if you really want to balance it out, take a lip liner (THAT IS THE SAME COLOR AS THE LIPSICK/GLOSS THAT YOUR APPYLING) and lightly draw an outline that is SLIGHTLY (and i do mean slightly) bigger than your upper lip then apply your lipstick/gloss! You don't have to be "underconfident". I'm sure your lips aren't bigger than Jay Z's, and look at how successful HE is !

Nah...Everyone has flaws and the best way to deal with it is to not deal with it at all...I don't know why everyone's getting plastic surgery today,fixing things and enhancing things.Is everyone becoming that superficial?

Well have u try sucking the top lip so it can look the same as the other one and it's cheap.

:/ you could have fat or collagen injected into your upper lip.
but i'm sure there are lip reducing surgeries, there are surgeries for everything after all.
