the way I see this is, the ANC is somewhat like the mafia. you'll be criminaly in contact or at some point been convicted, in the previous you may grow to be a capo. No choir boys are chosen to be a mafia capo. Why do you think of prisoners are allowed to vote? they're like foot squaddies to those leaders.
