1. Put shaving cream in his hand and tickle his face.
2. when hes sound asleep, get right near his ear and scream and shout as loud as you can.
3. offer him a glass of iced tea, but instead of sugar, load it up with salt.

First make nosies to make sure your friend really is asleep. Then, take shampoo and rube it across their face, it scares them. but if you want to go for the classic, get so toilet paper and cheeze wiz. teepe their sleeping area, then spray cheeze wiz on their face or pillow. If they have glasses, you know what to do!! Spray the glasses with the cheeze also!! The cheese won't stain. i've done all of this from prior experience!! have fun!!

ok get little microwaveable pizzas... put hot sauce all over the top of the cheese then coat with another layer of chees(any kind will do no one will notice a slight discoloration) microwave and just watch as he bursts into tears...its a clasic i love it!!!! if u cant get microwave pizzas water on the hand works...so does the whip cream thing i suggest scrivbbling all over his face spraying whip cream on his face and in his hand (make sure his entire face will be covered in wwhpped cream.. u no tickle him hell slap his face smothering whip cream....when he wakes up hell go wash off his face to find black sribbles everywhere

its kind of weird but i'll tell you. fill a bowl with water. cover the entire surface with pepper. have a friend stick his finger in it. nothing will happen. then cover your finger with dish soap and stick your finger in. all the pepper will move to the sides of the bowl. its pretty cool

who ever go to sleep first pour a little water down his pants then make noise turn lights off/on he will wake up thinking you scared the piss out him

tooth paste in the hair and shaving cream in the hand and the feather ( tickle him with the feather while he is sleeping but dont forget to put the shaving cream in his hand so he can slap himself in the face with it)

oo im ur age. the 2 best ones are the whipped cream/shaving cream trick where you put it on their hand and tickle their face. the the one when you put their hand in warm water and it makes them pee theirself
