As being a website designer i 'll suggest u to learn working on Macromedia dreamweaver. This is the simplest software to build a website and the +point is u don't need to knoe more about html.This software automaticaly generate html code which u can alter. If u are good in html language then u can build ur site by writing code simly in notepad by saving it as .html.
