It is midnight for me, in the US Pacific time zone which is where Yahoo is located. I suspect that this is true for everyone, as Yahoo cannot know what location (i.e., time zone) any particular user is in.

OK. Here goes. Each bank has a different time of "cycling" where their system updates itself. My advice is for you to contact your bank and ask them when their computers update and after that time is when your new daily allowance resets. Also, you have the right to ask them to increase it for you and in most cases they will increase your preset limits. Think about this, If all banks updated at the same time what would happen to the phone and internet lines? That is why each bank sets a different time for their updates to occur. This also applies to companies other than banks.
