This isn't a very safe idea if the two are the same bolt circle diameter. Check out the latest edition of Grassroots Motorsports - they have a photo from Tire Rack showing a wheel drilled for both lug patterns, and you'll see why. Two pairs of holes would have to be spaced so closely together that there's only a sliver of metal a few mm wide separating the two.

If you have very different bolt circle diameters, you might be able to get away with it, but I really don't recommend it. And in that case, the wheel would only fit one specific size of 5 lug bolt pattern, and one specific size of 4 lug bolt pattern.

I have seen such a wheel that will mount to a 4 and 5 lug hubs. This although can not and will not be any sort of good looking, as there would be 8 or nine holes in the center of that wheel where the lugs go.

Personally, I have not heard of an aftermarket wheel that fits four and five lugs, but have heard of and even owned some that have multiple bolt patterns of the same count, i.e., 4 on 4" and 4 on 113mm, or 5 on 4.5" and 5 on 4.75".
