Is it a formal party? What type of weather, hot, cold more info? can't help otherwise. So, I'll just say the jeans that make you look so hot the other girls will hate you and a really great blouse then accessorize. Oh, and wear something with a heel. That makes the guys drool and the woman wish they were you lol Wear what you will be comfortable in too. You don't want to wonder if your clothing is inappropriate and you don't want to fuss with your appearance to much at the party. And if your under 21 ignore what I said and wear something that will keep you out of trouble. Happy Birthday!!!!

It all depends on where your party is. If at a house wear awsome jeans not too tight, cute flats, and a tube top or spaghetti strap. If out at a club wear awsome snug fitting jeans and go with a more sexy top. Wear flats if your dancing as to not hurt your feet. I wore heels once and had to ice them down for an hour. They swole up like balloons lol.

wear something youve alwasy wanted to wear but never could cuz of some stupid reason. like a dress you think is cute but its different so you dont know what other people would think about it. its your birthday and you dont want to be outshined by someone else. stand out.

wear sumthin lyks cargos!! cool ones with loads of sall pockets cause they are in vogue or sum sorta jeans wich hav e small cuts and along with dat a nice coloured funy lukin top (preferbly sumthin groovy written on t!!)
