After I'm rid of this telepathy (where the world receives my thoughts), am I dying? Or, am I already dead when it stops?

After your thoughts disappear there is nothing. Your thoughts are where the creativity is hidden. Telepathy would be where the world is able to view your thoughts. If your inner being has reached the next level the only thing that remains is your words. Everything you have written has left a paper trail to follow. People that have been exposed to your scripture have seen what you are in text. If you took the path where all of the emotions from your real life were put into words, they too will understand what type of person you are.
