First are you a U.S citizen?What is a 1-130 petition.How can he have a visa card to the bank if he's an alien.
Hope someone can help ya on that one.

you never know how long will it take ma bey 6month or ayear edbend on how many peaple or case ahead of you and they gana send a recpite first then they gana ask your husbend for more information becuse i faild for my wife 4 month ago and still i did not hear any thing form them you have to wait and bee batine thanks
