If everyone who read this question, answered, and everyone who read this question didn't answer, and everyone who never even read this question suddenly realized that this question was never posted, would it make any difference?

How would they suddenly realize that the question was never posted if they never even read the question?
They have to notice that it at least has the ability to be posted to realize whether or not it was, or was never posted.

first of all you are being contradictory, i quote:

my answer, yes, it would cuz its being realized by not realizing the existence of the question
now my counter question: what if the answer to your non-existing question exists in some bizare dual reality, will that convert your non-question into a real one?
