1.Click Start, then Control Panel
2.Then, either click, Sound speech and audio devicesORspeech
3.At the top of the window which pops up, click "text to speak"

You can try dragon naturally speaking this will let you talk and the computer will type for you. I think it will repeat it to? Not sure, sorry, but it is good software. Happy 2007.

It's very easy my friend. Go to {Control Panel} and open the program {speech}. you can type anything and the computer say it. if u want other program email me and i can find u.

if it's just one word www.m-w.com you can look up the word then it has an option to be able to hear the word
