someone has said
Depends on your definition of "rule". He should be the head of the household, yes, but a wife should feel free to give her opinion and make decisions if need be.
This correct.
In any business there is only one director, (or who ever the boss is) A house hold is a small business, and any sane director of a house hold would have a big interest in trying to keep the next in line as happy as possible. Sometimes the director just has to make the decision and the rest of the company (in this case, family) need to accept it and get on with it. It is not easy being the second in charge, it never is.
It is even harder when there is a fight for the top position.

Depends on the wife herself. If the wife can not manage and control herself or her family, the husband should rule all the family members to save the family, but it's very tired to do. But it's better if the husband and wife can manage family well so the husband can work easily without crazy to think about family at home.

Finally a real man! Not ruled, but submissive to their husband as the leader of their family. Read the Bible! Women are the weaker sex. Submitting to your man doesn't mean you are a doormat. We do things for our men since that's the way it is supposed to be. You women think that cooking and cleaning and raising children are demeaning?!? How could you? Cooking a meal for your husband and kids, cleaning the house for a man that works all day to be the best provider he can for his family. Raising your children to be good children. You may work all day too, but your man is the leader of the family whether you admit it or not.
F*** The Feminist movement and liberalism of the world! Having babies out of wed lock and shacking up. It makes me sick. It disgusts me. I can't believe you little girls think that taking care of the home and kids is demeaning.
Just another note, no men and women are not equal. You may think so just because you are supporting yourself and you "don't need no man to support you." You are all sadly mistaken.
Excellent question. I bet one person will agree with me, the rest won't. Why? Thank feminism and the liberals in congress and of course, Nancy Pelosi.
Thank you.

Wife should be ruled by husband and husband should be ruled by wife. It's a two-way street.

The only reason a man wants to "rule" a woman is when he is so insecure in his own self that he needs to feel a sense of entitlement to make the life decisions for another. No, a man does not have that right. Men have messed up enough as it is. Women are just as capable as you, and even more so, because women can multitask and men can not. Men are lazy, and as science has proven, women are smarter than men and excel better in the work place.
BTW, what cave did you come out from and what country?

No I don't think a wife should be ruled by husband. I am of legal age. I am very well capable of taking care of myself and children. I don't need any man telling me what to do and how to do it.

The husband is the head of the wife and she is his helpmeet but as far as ruling her, No! the bible says husbands love your wives and be not bitter against them. The bible says: wives submit yourselves to your husbands as unto the Lord. The husband is to love and cherish his wife and the wife is to do the same. God bless you.

No. not at all. There has to equality in a relationship, especially in a marriage. Husband and wife must share the power. There has to be check and balances.

No I think that there has to be balance. Is a man truly happy "ruling" his wife anyway? I kinda doubt it unless he's a bit twisted.
