I personally think she should have been honored that he would even want to kiss her......Yes, I just so happened to turn on to ABC during that segment of the show.......and I doubt it very seriously that he had to pay or had to force himself on to her.....Whereever you go...during New Years Eve to celebrate the incoming year it's appropriate to give someone a hug or a kiss....
She acted totally aloof and inappropriate (nothing wrong with hugging or kissing someone on the cheek for New Years Eve...Ryan Seacreast is a good looking guy and if he is gay so what.
