It depends on the news and their policies on what they broadcast. A lot of news companies buy footage off news companies from other countries when it is breaking news, they might edit it out or not. And with the world trade center, It was a terrorist attack. When it was being shown live, you could see people jumping out of the buildings. When they had time to edit it, they took it out, because of their policies or morals. However to add to your comment about the race, I wouldn't have compared the tsunami to the world trace center. White, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Black, Asian, and Amerindians were all in that building (hence the WORLD TRADE CENTERS) aka red, white, yellow, black, and brown. But anyway, that was to just make a point. Also, could you imagine what it would do to a person's body, going through something like that? It has nothing to do with race. Everyone has family and no matter what race, and every death is as precious as another. I hoped this answer your question.

Not completly accurate on that question. They did show people jumping out of the World Trade Center to their deaths. Also when New Orleans was hit by the hurricane they showed bodies floating in the water. You seem to have some hatred for the United States. What I would like you to know is that we are just like you. We have good and we have bad, we have problems and we have solutions, some of us want peace and some of us want violence. Right now it looks like America loves to kill and rule over the world but if you ask the majority of the American people you will find that over 60 per cent do not approve of what our President is doing.

I don't believe it had anything to do with race as there was a wide mixture of nationalities in the World Trade Center when the two towers collapsed. The shear magnitude of destruction probably destroyed most of the bodies.

I saw a woman who fell four stories out a of window and hit the pavement. They didn't show her body on TV either. I choose not to imagine what the bodies looked like after the the WTC fell on them but you may. The visions may answer your question.

The government and media were too concerned that the American people would react badly and felt that they were doing us a favor in sparing us the grim details of the disaster. They were also afraid of rioting and what it would do to the children who were exposed to television without parental guidance.

You obviously know nothing about NYC. Thousands of people worked in the WTC and they were of all races. That was not a natural disaster.
