This is how I learned it:
5'0" ideal is 100 pounds. For every inch above that, add 6 pounds.
For your height, my guess would be 163 pounds (74 kg). If your bones have started hardening, you can add about 5 or 10 pounds (168-173) by age 50 (76-79 kg).
(For women, add 5 pounds per inch in stead of 6. Anyone with a large frame or broad shoulders should add a few pounds as well. Smaller than normal frame? Take a way a few.)
