Congratulations!!! on winning a spelling bee. The best way I can tell you how to learn and memorize words, is to practice pronouncing and spelling the words over and over again until you can memorize them.

I saw the national spelling bee finals this year and several interviews, and the thing that all these kids had in common was they sacrificed everything else in their lives for learning spelling words. They had many reference books and lots of 3x5 cards with words on them. They had moms and dads, brothers and sisters, and every other person they could snag give them the definitions and pronunciations of every word to spell. This occupied most of their waking hours. If you want to be at the top, you need to be prepared to give up everything else. At the end, you know how to spell a lot of words, but you have missed a lot of life. You really need to think clearly about whether the prize is worth the cost. Good luck.

Pick a new word each week! Or maybe even two, depending on how well you do! Try to incorporate that word into your daily language usage! Over time, you will be amazed at the words you have learned!
Also, read alot! You can learn so many words by reading books!

Well I find that it works to say them over and over again in your mind or out loud......I know that's what most people say and it isn't that fun but yeah....it works!!! Also try having a friend or someone test you and you test him/her back. For each correct word you get, you should receive an award eg:
a lolly or two!!!
