You CAN sell homes without a license, if they are manufactured, or modular. Mortgage loan officers are a dime-a-dozen right now.
It really depends in the area you live. Small town sales can be devastating since you will work strictly on commission on either one of these. Sell used cars if you have an inkling to be in the sales business.
If the housing industry is going strong in your area, either one of these positions will be lucrative.
There are alot of sales positions out there. But remember to have a back-up income to pay the monthly bills (like a S/O or spouse with a "regular" job).
