I'll debate you. What do you want to debate and what sources can we agree on to be reasonably accurate and true?
(I actually just asked a very similar question before I saw yours. See my question: Political Debate.)
I've lost count of the number of questioners who have posed a question only to select the answer that most precisely echoed their question back to them as best. A rhetorical question isn't really a question at all. Unfortunately (from my point of view) liberals are as bad as conservatives (or are conservatives as bad as liberals?)
And seriously...we do need to figure out a way to talk to each other.
(And someone already gave me a thumbs down for my question. And now two...sigh...and another)

Why is it that conservatives are so stupid that they could't communicate English ideal? Why do conservatives call for all and multiple communicate English even as they could't even get the easy guidelines of grammar down? Wow, you extremely imagine you're making wise debate by complaining that Liberals communicate about you're too stupid to keep in thoughts undemanding guidelines of grammar? in case you may't comprehend undemanding such issues as - challenge/predicate settlement - Adjectives vs. Adverbs - Subjunctive voice - use of semi-colons how do you imagine you may comprehend the further complicated such issues as Economics one hundred and one? this is noted as the English language, in case you refuse to study it you should bypass lower back to the country you're from!!!

The fact that you ask that question and in that manner SUGGEST that you have a biased opinion and may not be willing to HEAR the "other side". What I have witnessed is that those who are of strong Conservative views tend to not want to debate or discuss with those of the other viewpoint. Instead using tactics like talking over and basically ignoring the other side.
Now that being said, I myself am a Moderate and registered as a "Non-Partisan". What is your opinion of that?

Where have you been living for the last five years? Do you really think that conservatives don't manipulate, twist, and fabricate facts? Did you ever hear of Iraq and the "WMDs"! The part of your question I agree with is that people need to think for themselves, but note: people! Why you assume non-liberals are privileged in this area is beyond me--and don't say it's because the media is supposedly run by liberals. There's Rush L and his ilk on radio, the net, etc.

Can you? most of the dubious facts on here aren't from liberals. Most of the name calling and mass media I have seen posted on here comes from conservatives, though there is admittedly a fair deal on both sides and only a few thoughtful people.
Often, a very stupid question meets with equally stupid comments, sometimes to highlight just how stupid it is. Sometimes a long, good reply is posted just to embarrass the asker, though those are rare.
I am well versed in the Bible, the Constitution and the Declaration, Law and Politics. I understand most major policy argument sand have looked at most of the date supporting them for myself, irregardless of what side of the political spectrum they are on. I can honestly say that with no hesitation. Can you?

How can you say you are interested in a serious debate when you use labels and broad generalizations in your question?

your question is one of the best I have read! Kudos. You might try reading Micheal Savage's book 'Liberalism is a mental disorder" for your answer. If not, the answer to your question is, No they cannot!!!!!
