thanks for the previouse answers, but i'm really needed to know was if a rim can, for exanmple, pair up with a 130 mm tire then switch to a 140mm or a 150mm tire?

It can fit but may cause a problem.

Motorcycle handling is very sensitive to tire profile, So if you use a tire size not recommended by the manufacturer your bike may not handle right.

yes you can put a 150 on that rim the only thing you have to watch out for is fender and swingarm clearance to make sure it wont rub

yes, you can go any width you want --as long as it will fit and scrub the fender well, and doesn't expand furthur than width of mounting bracket.
